Randolph Raines, Jr.

Originally from York County, my wife Kim and our 3 boys are very happy and settled in Suffolk. I’ve been practicing law for more than 20 years now and especially enjoy helping juveniles in trouble turn their lives around. I love rock and folk music, especially Bruce Springsteen and am a history buff. When I’m not working I treasure time with family and friends as well as travel. Beyond that, I like to give back to our community and am involved with a number of causes and organizations including the homeless, special needs and Wounded Warriors. More than anything, I strive to make a difference in people’s lives..
